Hawk (the opposite of a dove) — a term referring to political and economic jargon. Refers to a person who accepts the tight monetary measures in the economy (raising interest rates, etc.), pragmatic, selfish (is “for” political and economic actions that exacerbate the situation of other countries in order to obtain superiority of their country).
