Biswap is a growing decentralised Binance Smart Chain exchange with the lowest commissions. It has its own exchange token, BSW, which is listed on CoinMarketCap and whose growth potential is cosmic.
Biswap provides features for users such as Exchanges and three earning areas Liquidity (adding liquidity to the pool), Farms (farming), Launchpools (steaming)
Biswap exchange
It is an automated market maker (AMM) that allows a user to exchange two tokens in the Binance Smart Chain network. The liquidity provided to the exchange comes from liquidity providers (“LPs”) who place their tokens in liquidity pools. In return, the user receives LP tokens, which can also be placed to earn BSW tokens on “Farms”.
When the user makes a token exchange (transaction) on the exchange, a trading fee of 0.1% is charged, which is allocated as follows:
0.05% is returned to liquidity providers in the form of commissions;
0.05% is used to burn BSW tokens.
Biswap has plenty of pairs to exchange and the lowest commission in the industry at 0.1% (for example, on Pancake, commissions range from 0.25% to 0.5%).
But that’s not the main thing. What matters is that for most exchange destinations, 100% of the commission is returned to you in the form of a BSW token. This makes the exchange free (I don’t know how long this feature will last, but for now it’s there, and that’s great).
Adding liquidity to the pool
When you add liquidity to the pool, you receive LP tokens. When someone exchanges tokens, a transaction fee of 0.1% is charged. The 0.05% will be returned to the liquidity providers in the form of a fee. The liquidity pool will also allow you to put your LP tokens to earn BSW tokens on Farms. Consequently, in addition to earning income from token exchange transactions, the user will be able to put up LP tokens and earn BSW tokens.
For example, if you add liquidity to $ BNB / $ BUSD, you will receive BNB-BUSD LP tokens. The number of LP tokens you receive represents your share of the BNB-BUSD liquidity pool. You can always request a withdrawal by withdrawing your liquidity.
Note that when adding liquidity, you need to have a sufficient amount of each token. Let’s say you want to add the following liquidity: 1 BNB / 308 BUSD. If you have less than 308 BUSD or less than 1 BNB, you cannot continue. You must have a sufficient amount of each token.
Farming
Biswap farms offer our users many farming opportunities. You can place your LP tokens and receive BSW tokens in return. Biswap will encourage many liquidity pairs by offering its liquidity providers the opportunity to place their LP tokens on their farms.
When a person adds liquidity to the pool, they will receive LP tokens. For example, if a person adds liquidity to a $ BNB / $ BUSD pair, he will receive BNB-BUSD LP tokens. In addition to the transaction fee, the user can switch to “Farms”, put those LP tokens and receive BSW tokens in return.
Steaking
Biswap Launchpool is a less resource-intensive alternative to mining. It allows you to use your tokens to earn more tokens for free. Simply put, you block your cryptocurrency to earn rewards. From the start, the user can only put BSW tokens in exchange for more BSW. Biswap plans to add more features (tokens) in the future, but for now you can only bid BSW in exchange for BSW.
Let’s say you have BSW tokens and are looking for ways to invest your cryptocurrency. Alternatively, you could go into pools and put your BSW tokens in exchange for BSW.
